This one is from super savvy business mom (and friend) Amanda Degrace, owner of Little Lotus Yoga. After many years of successfully introducing yoga to children across Ottawa, I am very excited that for the first time, Little Lotus Yoga is offering classes in the east end of Ottawa!
Starting in September, you can sign up your child (ages 2-12) for yoga at Gymboree in Orleans. There are classes for preschool and school age children.
There are some great reasons for your child to take yoga such as reduced stress, better focus and creativity (for more, read this article.) Beyond any other reason, your child will feel great and have fun doing it.
