I love peaches. And I’m always so excited each summer when they are finally available locally. While my favourite way to eat them is simply to wash them and eat them over the sink because they are so drippy, they also are delicious in sweet and savoury recipes. Here are three ways to use up your peaches this summer (or anytime if you freeze them!)
