Thanks to Carrie from Musings from Mt. Rogo for inspiring this post – she posted pictures that her daughter took using her camera. LOVE the idea.
I decided it would be fun to share some of my son’s pictures. His aunt gave him a VTech camera for Christmas. It’s really cool – the pics aren’t always the best (depends on lighting and once you move during the pic it goes blurry) but they really aren’t bad and it is perfect for my budding photographer.
I looked through his 400 photos that he’s taken so far. About half are self-pictures. Mostly half an eye, foot etc. Very cute. Some make me laugh because I didn’t know he took them! Here are a few:
Self portrait:
A picture of the computer screen, with baseball highlights on (he was watching them on the MLB website!)
oh, Artsy! (the camera has a fun editing option to insert this stuff 😉
Dora and Diego, our saviours on the drive home from Windsor at Christmas
Mama!
A picture of my camera’s view finder, while I was taking pic of the babe
Watching CBC Kids – hey! It’s Patti Sullivan!
A Panda toy. In artist terms maybe it’s his attempt to highlight the plight of an endangered animal. ha! Since it’s at floor level, to be honest, there’s a good chance his sister snapped this one 😉
