Recipe Success (x2!): Strawberry and Rhubarb for our enjoyment
This time of year I am loving the local strawberries that are available. One of my favourite combinations are strawberries with rhubarb so I took to the kitchen the past couple of weeks to try some new recipes.
Both are from Canadian Living (always a wonderful source for recipes) and both are keepers.
Give them a try and let me know how they turn out!
Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake (note: the only change I made was I didn’t use almonds)
