Recipe Success! Banana Whoopie Pies with Cream Cheese Filling

Yum.  Just reading the title alone is making me hungry.

I am constantly on the hunt for ways to use my browning bananas and when I stumbled on this recipe, it was all I could do to not rush and make them right away, which, I ended up doing.

The whoopie pies themselves are mini banana-bread style soft cookies and when you fill them with a delicious cream cheese frosting they are sinful.  You will want to make these ahead and impress your guests or, don’t tell anyone that you made them and keep them for yourself!

This is a keeper recipe for sure!

Speaking of which, I seem to have a few brown bananas…
