As you can imagine I am in full Christmas mode. My brother is in from out of town which means extra excited kids and more video game playing for all of us. I was late with my baking this year and wrapping thanks to about 8 weeks worth of illness that was being shared in this house, but everything is done. And frankly, I’m at the point where it doesn’t even matter anymore. We are ready for some festive fun!
We’ve hosted a few play dates this week that was complete with craft time, games and cookie decorating. I think the one benefit of enjoying a little Christmas activity or visit each day this week is that the kids have been kept busy and we’ve all be the merrier.
So there will be silence on the blog for the next few days as I spend even more time with family.
