Recipe: Strawberry Muffins

It’s strawberry season!  This is a new recipe I found online for Strawberry muffins.  The consistency is like a sweet tea biscuit with strawberry pieces right inside.  They were a hit with all of us.  In fact, I think I need to make some more by the end of the week.

These would be perfect at breakfast/brunch, snack or with coffee/tea.
