Halloween Week in Ottawa
Still looking for some spooky, fun activities to do with the kids this week? Halloween is on Friday but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your boo-on any more!
Check out a few of the activities happening this week and weekend that scream Halloween!
Halloween Activities Around Ottawa
1- Fury of the Fallen at Funhaven (for CHEO) – Until October 31. Visit the website for full schedule. (not recommended to kiddos under 14)
2- Pumpkin Inferno at Upper Canada Village – until November 1
3- Incident at the Bunker – Taking place on November 1 for the last time. (not recommended for children under 12 or those of us who get freaked out!)
4- Bat hunt and Day of the Dead masks at the Children’s Museum – various days and times this week.
5- Saunders Farm daytime fun is on this weekend, but the night time scares are available all week! Visit the website for the full schedule.
6- The Spooky Wagon Ride at Cannamore Orchard will take place at a special rate on Friday and Saturday.
7- Proulx Farm is open this week for pumpkin and maze fun for the entire family! Call ahead to confirm times.
8- Don’t put away the costumes too quickly! Dress up and head to Shenkman Arts Centre for their Halloween Party on November 1 beginning at 12 pm.
9- Check out your local shopping mall! Many have special trick or treat events set up.
10- Dovercourt is hosting their annual Haunted Community Centre get together on Halloween night from 6:30-8:30! (thanks Andrea for the heads up!)
