I go through spurts with my bread maker. Sometimes, I use it many times a month. Other times, it sits, awaiting me to make some delicious in it.
I made a quick loaf of bread to go with our soup tonight and I was reminded why I love fresh, homemade bread. So. Delicious. It’s hard to beat.
My desire to bake bread (sometimes bread maker, other times oven) has been renewed. And I’m in search of recipes.
The one I used tonight was a simple honey oat bread and we loved it.
