Life in the Fall

I’m going to spare you the moaning that I want to do about the fact that October is gone and it’s already November. Each August, as we approach back-to-school and the change in temperatures that autumn brings, I always tell myself that it’s going to get busy. And sure enough, time speeds up to the point where I think I’ll be time travelling soon.

Halloween was a blast. My house was filled with over-sugared children that we took trick-or-treating. I know there’s a lot of Halloween Grinches out there but I find it a lot of fun. So do the kids.

This week’s weather has been a gift too. We’ve been playing in the park and going for walks and oh my goodness I forgot after the gorgeous summer days how being outside improves my mood and stress levels. There’s a lesson in there for me I’m sure.

It’s back to regular blogging later in the week. I have some really fun campaigns to share with you, a giveaway, and a few family stories that I want to write down.
