This is one of my go-to crockpot recipes when I need something quick and tasty. Enjoy!
Ingredients
Chicken thighs
Chopped carrots
Potatoes, cubed
2 small onions, or 1 large, chopped
1 red pepper
1 Jar Italian Salad Dressing
Parmesan cheese
Directions
1-Add all ingredients except the cheese to the crockpot.
2-Cook on high until veggies are tender and chicken cooked through, about 3 hours.
3-Serve topped with cheese!
