Side dishes compliment a meal but sometimes it’s hard to come up with a new, exciting one every night.
This simple recipe for rosemary garlic red potatoes is a different spin on traditional roasted potatoes and can be used to serve a crowd when multiplied.

Ingredients:
3 cups washed, halved mini red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp rosemary (fresh is better if available)
salt and pepper
Directions:
1- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil and rosemary.
2- In another bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil mix, evenly coating the potatoes.
3- Spread out on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown on the outside. Turn a couple of times during the cooking process.
