I’ve decided to dedicate the next few (or many) Friday blog posts to food and healthy eating/living.

Small steps make a big difference in eating healthier and becoming more aware about what we eat and how often we eat it. 

I try each week to maintain a well balanced diet, but the headache I had last night? I can guarantee it’s because I didn’t eat well yesterday. It happens.  But what’s important is that it doesn’t happen all the time.
