What is it with our kids and their fascination with large trucks? My kids have always been so excited to see big trucks pass by, or better yet tractors and firetrucks that they can get really close to.
Luckily, there is a perfect family event happening in Ottawa this coming weekend – the Mothercraft Touch-A-Truck event. Take the kids to see huge trucks and vehicles and let them get up close and personal with them.
Entry to the event is $5 each or $20 for an entire family and proceeds go to Mothercraft, a charity in Ottawa supporting parents.
It’s at Lincoln Fields shopping centre on Sunday May 29 from 10-3. I am disappointed that I won’t be able to take the kids because of other commitments but I know they would have loved it!
