Win a 2014 FIFA World Cup Soccer Ball

Have you been watching the FIFA World Cup? Admittedly, I haven’t been watching a lot, but it’s a point of conversation for my husband and son who have been following with keen interest.

My friends at Rogers and Sony have offered readers a chance to win one of four FIFA World Cup soccer balls! If you have soccer fans in the house, this will be a great keep sake and play ball for them!  Here’s a brief sponsor note before we get to the giveaway:

Rogers customers can watch all World Cup games on multiple platforms with Rogers Anyplace TV – on their smartphone, tablet, computer and of course on their TV. Click here for more.

Wow, my son would go bananas at winning this – he’s a genuine FIFA nut. He’ll watch any game, any time, but he is definitely supporting Argentina – by far his favourite. Soon we’ll have to get an Argentine flag to fly from our van…which will be weird. But he’ll love it :).

I have to admit I’m not a huge fan — though I was cheering for England for sure! — but between my folks and my niece (who plays competitive soccer and told me the other day she wants to be on the Canadian Olympic team one day!), the World Cup is definitely being watched by my family! I’d like to win this for my niece- she is 10 and has been playing since she was 5 and she idolizes her 2nd cousin Katrina (who is 18 and still plays competitively — my niece admires her so much that we travel to see Katrina play) and has taught me more about Christine Sinclair than I honestly ever wanted to know!*l* This would make her summer!

What a fun giveaway! I have a few FIFA fanatics at home who’d love this prize for sure. My son is rooting for Argentina and my daughter for Brazil.

OMG! I really want this 🙂 Sadly, we were cheering for England but they are long gone Italy is also a favorite…long gone. So now we are still watching but our faves are not playing. It is great to watch with my boys and they both love to play together… this ball would be much used!

You know I cannot believe we are NOT watching. We were soccer parents…but our sons are grown and flown the next so we simply have not made time for watching. I wonder if they are watching. Regardless, I know they would love to own this soccer ball!

My hubby is religiously watching all the matches and has gottem our two princesses involved in the action. We are cheering for Brazil. My girls have found a new love for soccer. This would be an awesome surprise for them. Thanks for the chance

We are cheering on Germany and Argentina but really my son just loves soccer so we watch and cheer on any team. He just finished his first soccer season, loved watching him play.

Thia would be a great gift for our whole family. We all love soccer and 3 of my kids still play and Hubs coaches 2 high level teams that are on top! We are routing for Netherlands but still love to watch the great competition, including Brazil! Thanks!!

I have been cheering for Germany since Day 1. As an avid community Soccer Coach of 2 teams, I have been thoroughly enjoying this tournament! Watching Germany in the final on Sunday would be the icing on a great World Cup Cake! 🙂 My 16yr old and 6yr old girls teams would really appreciate seeing an actual World Cup Soccer ball! They would get a real “kick” out of it lol.

My daughter is a keen soccer player. Unfortunately, she broke her foot five weeks ago (playing soccer, of course!). She’s had to sit out and cheer her team mates from the sidelines. She has a follow up appointment next weekend, and hopefully she’ll be back on the field after that. It’d be great if she had a new ball to practise with!
