Mama Needs New Clothes: H&M Scores

Recently I was asked to partner with Place d’Orleans to help promote the grand opening of the new H&M store in the mall. You may have entered my Facebook page giveaway too! I was happy to help since shopping at that store isn’t something I used to be able to do readily (there is only one other in Ottawa and it’s WAY across the city) and I love the finds for the whole family there.

The opening seemed like a success, and I can’t wait to go back.

I loved clothes shopping when I was working outside of the home.  Over the years, it became more like a chore.  My body size and shape has fluctuated and changed over the years with age and pregnancies, plus my style evolves along the way.  I don’t need as many ‘board meeting’ outfits now, even though those are the styles I’m still drawn to, and I need a few extra ‘writing at the coffee shop’ looks.

Here are a few of the items that really caught my eye, plus a few that came home with me.
