Making Memories, and laughing hysterically at YouTube videos…

Back to regular blogging and family fun this week now that vacation is over but we are left with so many memories.

One night when the kids were sleeping, Andy and I surfed YouTube and laughed hysterically over parody videos.  It started because we listened to the Gotye song ‘Somebody That I Used to Know’ while driving to the cottage a bazillion times, and then watched this Star Wars parody of it:

Then I had to show Andy one of my favourite parody videos – this one for Game of Thrones (to the Maroon 5 song ‘Payphone’)

And so it went on, into the world of YouTube and funny videos. Laughing with him, trying not to wake up the kids, will be one of my favourite memories of the trip.

This week, I have a great giveaway coming up on the blog, I’m chatting about playing with friends and hopefully getting to do some Olympic activities with the kids! Did I mention company is coming again on Wednesday? Operation ‘keep the house clean’ will begin again.
