Oh, technology, why do you hate me so?

One of the curses with blogging, or working online and having a website is that you have to keep up to date with the technology in order to produce the quality product you want.

I’ve long resolved to pay good people to help me in this area, because it’s definitely a weakness of mine.  I have a hosting firm plus a fabulous designer to help me along the way.

But as with all technology, it changes – themes change, plug ins lose support and need updates, WordPress changes.  I’m currently facing that right now. My old theme isn’t getting the support it once did, or seems to be lagging, a lot (and I apologize because I’m sure you’ve been noticing the site is wonky and loading so slowly lately!)

So to combat this, I’m switching themes.  It’s been 2 years since I last updated, and the site continues to grow, although it’s always just a place for me to randomly chat about tv, recipes and my kiddos.  I see this as an opportunity to make a really clean page, something that hopefully you will enjoy as readers.

Please be patient over the next few weeks as we make the transition.  I’ll be posting per usual, but behind the scenes will be getting ready to launch A Little Bit of Momsense 3.0 😉
