8 years ago today I said two words that have made me very happy – I Do.
Andy and I are celebrating our 8th anniversary today. 8 years of laughter, of warmth, of filling our home with the sound of children and even in the more difficult times, the one constant was that we had each other.
My heart still flutters when we are together. He is an amazing husband and father.
If you’re wondering what the tradition 8 year anniversary gift is, we’ve decided that it’s a kitchen 😉
Our anniversary will be spent as most weekdays are – I’m at home with the kids, he’s at work. But this weekend we’ll do a full fledged date at one of our favourite restaurants and we’ll chat and laugh and enjoy each other’s company. It’s been a winning formula for many years now.
