How’s the holiday planning going? Do you feel ready? I feel I’m as ready as I may get, which doesn’t really say much. My heart is still heavy with thoughts of events happening around the world but I keep pulling myself back into my reality, my now, my happiness. It’s almost selfish, but gosh I really do feel blessed and focusing on joy is how I cope.
We are a laughing family. We make jokes (even when inappropriate), we like to giggle and be silly and smile. It’s just how we are.
So my current obsession is with Grumpy Cat. Do you know Grumpy Cat? The cat that has become a meme and has his own Facebook and Twitter page and makes me laugh at his surly grumpy face that is adorable. I don’t know, maybe cats on the internet in general make me laugh, but Grumpy Cat is a favourite of mine right now. Go for a search, enjoy him, because we all can use some extra smiles.
