The kitchen plans proceed (yay!). Meredith continues to spec some amazing pieces for our home and our kitchen cupboards will be built into beautiful pieces by Ottawa Valley Kitchens. I’m so looking forward to working with them and seeing what they build. But more on them in a later post.
Meredith sent us some hardware options and pendant selections. Oh this lady has amazing taste (and she’s reaffirming why I needed to work with a designer. There are so many options! How would I narrow them down usually?) We know that the island is going to be a grey colour and the cabinets white. We are leaning towards a white backsplash.
For hardware we could go a silver colour – something that is really nice and sharp (pewter perhaps even?) but now we are leaning towards a brass/bronze/gold look.
Since we are visual people, I took to Pinterest to find some inspiration for this look. And. Wow. I think this might definitely be the way to go. What do you think?
