As Easter approaches, and families are looking for holiday themed activities to do at home, I’ve rounded up some of my previous Easter activities I’ve done with the kids! These are mostly for younger children, but the recipes and outdoor fun can be adjusted for older kids too!
I still use that bunny cookie cutter to cut sandwiches for the kids 😉

Easter Activities with kids
1 – Paper Bag Bunny
You likely already have most of these supplies lying around the house, make a family of bunnies using paper bags!
2 – Bunny cookies
Still one of my favourite sugar cookie recipes, these bunny shaped cookies with marshmallow tails are always a hit!
White chocolate bunny bark is a pretty addition to your Easter dessert table. Or, just to snack on whenever! The easy-to-follow recipe is perfect for including wee hands to help.
4 – Set up an outdoor egg hunt in your backyard
Who says this is just for the Easter Bunny? When the festivities are done, reuse plastic eggs to hide them around, just for fun!
No backyard? Indoor hunting can be done – consider it practice for when the Easter Bunny arrives!
5 – Counting eggs, matching and pattern recognition activity
Shhhh. Some activities are also educational. This is an easy and fun set up for younger children!
Have fun this long weekend!
I love this post of posts! How kind of you to put so much goodness in one place.
Happy Easter!
